Thank you for shopping at MisBis. We want to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience with us. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept Exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at misbis.in@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at misbis.in@gmail.com or Support Team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our office/stockyard address for a smooth process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 500 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
